Pre-K and K Enrollment Forms

Fort Ann Central School will be holding pre-kindergarten & kindergarten screenings in May. Children who will be 4 years old on or before Dec. 1st are eligible for admission for pre-kindergarten. Children who will be 5 years old on or before Dec. 1st are eligible for admission for Kindergarten. Please call the elementary office today for further details.
